It’s refreshing to see such good customer service — and trust — based only on an e-mail complaint. It’s unfortunate the first set developed a problem in the first place, but I certainly appreciate your corrective action.

I’ve already passed my experience on to several of my friends. I’m just not used to having such a satisfactory and timely outcome from a customer complaint.

Thank you for redirecting my order to the address in North Carolina. I did go into the UPS tracking web site this afternoon, and found the package had already made it from Houston to Oliver Springs, TN today. Amazing!! No wonder the USPS is hurting.

I received the replacement anchors for my Bull Anchors. I was thrilled that a company would stand behind their product like that. I have been singing the praises of your company to my co workers a lot of whom drive trucks. ( Auto workers love trucks) I hope that this word of mouth campaign creates business for you as companies who stand behind their products need to be kept in business.

These tie rings are the retractable type.. They look great and are easy to install. I wouldn’t recommend these for tying something real heavy. For most things they will do fine.. If you will be using ropes to tie with then these tie downs will probably be stronger than the rope you will be using.
