These BULL RING's 4001-XT Stainless Chassis are absolutely fantastic. One day I tied my Tennessee Walker Horse, which stands at 15 hands and weighs 1200 pounds, to one of these Bull Rings while reaching inside my pickup for some tack. While she was tied she was freaked by a snake and reared up several times before I could get to her and the Bull Ring held her in place during all of this action.
I got my new bullrings yesterday. I thought I would take a couple of minutes and say thank you. The way you guys run the company with a no bull warranty is so refreshing. You guys are the pillar of which all companies should be. Outstanding job guys. If only everybody else took such pride and value in their products and actually backed it up with their warranty instead of a bunch of bull @[email protected], the world would definitely run a lot smoother. Thanks again for doing what companies should do.

Thanks to Steve Goebel for handling my phone order for Bull Ring tie downs. Ordered on Tuesday AM and installed (with ease) Thursday at 1pm. Great product and great service!
It's like doing business in the 50's again! I called Bull Ring Corporate today and spoke with Don in customer service and told him that as I was installing one of my model 4003 SS bull rings it broke and he was very apologetic and said I'm so sorry for your inconvenience. I fully expected to be required to email a copy of my receipt which I was ready to do, but no, I was not asked to. WOW what a company, Bull Ring has nailed customer service right on the head! It's like doing business in the 50's again! He even went the extra step to tell me that I missed the priority truck today, but it would go out tomorrow and I should see it in about three days. Thank you Bull Ring for going the extra mile for your customers, you have earned a customer for life with me! I managed a Lowe's store for several years before I retired so I know great service when I see it. Other businesses should sit up and take note, this is how it's done! Great job Bull Ring, Great job.
I received the replacement anchors for my Bull Anchors. I was thrilled that a company would stand behind their product like that. I have been singing the praises of your company to my co-workers a lot of whom drive trucks. ( Auto workers love trucks) I hope that this word of mouth campaign creates business for you as companies who stand behind their products need to be kept in business.
