Heading for the Myrtle Beach bike week on Friday ordered a set of the 4067’s for my ram 2014 3500 LARAMIE LONGHORN From Amazon prime and receive them Thursday morning. While attempting to install them I realize that the steel plate was not wide enough to catch both sides of the pick up bed I really needed the tiedowns because I’m hauling my Harley Davison ultra limited in the back of the truck this year. I started to panic But decided to call customer support For a suggestion on how to make them-fit. The staff was wonderful they offered to overnight me a new set with the proper base Bracket at no charge and they would have them delivered early Friday morning before I left on my trip what great customer service I could not ask for a better product and for the support that the staff gave me I will definitely tell all my biker friends about the product and how well I was treated thank you again
